Agreed, not only unequivocally but "irrevocably and unconditionally". JMO

"Upon effectuating the reverse stock split, the Warrant Shares shall, irrevocably and unconditionally, be reserved for issuance in accordance with the terms of the Warrants and the irrevocable transfer agent instructions referred to therein (the “Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions”) (disregarding any contingencies set forth in the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions with respect to the availability of authorized shares)."
