It seems the stock starts bullish in Stockholm and then US comes online and short sellers drive prices lower by selling borrowed shares at prices below the market, hoping to drive the price lower still by triggering stop losses. Is that basically what is going on?

I wonder if ARCAM can delist their US offering and stop this nonsense.
