Precisely, wilma. GEG can sue. UBRG cannot.

GEG has a license. UBRG does not.

However, neither GEG nor UBRG will sue, because it would be unwise for Ali and Nicole to expose either how GEG was formed, or how its 'asset' portfolio was created.
