Is it not true one would have to be registered w/the PCAOB in Washington to do audits w/PUBLICLY TRADED companies in the USA? Terry was not registered to do them until after the date of the audit letter for HHSE. FWIW, the PCAOB does not register individuals, you have to be a firm, and Larry was not registered until Feb. but did their audit and signed the letter before he was licensed to perform audit consent services.

Oh....the shame of it, and the HHSE sub penny valuation shows it's true colors again (RED)....
