Thanks. The Form 10 was an accomplishment. Unfortunate that the audits exposed overstated earnings. I had stated previously that their financials appeared to have been suspect at best, now we know. I'd also suspect that is one reason the Form 10 and audits haven't produced the anticipated (by some) pop in sp. We'll need to see some legitimate financials going forward to justify any increase in sp. GLTY
