All those 'D' were NOT 'sell in the public markets', but "to a lender as pledged collateral related to a non-recourse loan made to Tri-State. The assigned shares will be returned to Tri-State upon repayment of the obligations."

There were just like 'deposits' and were returned after the loans were paid.
