PR Statement Against George Sharp's Case:
(Los Angeles C.A.)— March 18th 2015. Investors are urged to come forward to explore the possibility of a Civil Lawsuit against George Sharp of 3525 Del Mar Heights Road #620 San Diego CA 92130 with demonstrable falsehoods and could have far-reaching negative impacts on the Teleupay International (TLPY) and the stock holders of the company.
The complaint Case# 37-2015-00008210-CU-NP-CTL of March 11th 2015, centers on the Mr. Sharps’s efforts to damage and profit off the frivolous filing under the CALIFORNIA RESTRICTIONS ON UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL E-MAIL ADVERTISERS (CAL. BUS. & PROF CODE § 17529.5)
To call this a fishing expedition would be an understatement. Mr. Sharp references a paid email service which requires a sign up or engagement to participate in. At some point Mr. Sharp or emails associated with him were used to enter into this engagement at which point he or someone also affiliated with such email failed preform due care and diligence in order to be removed from said email service.
Mr. Sharp has also been nonresponsive to questions asking if he or anyone he is associated with could benefit from the share price of Teleupay International declining.
Investors of Teleupay International should be outraged at this treatment of a well-meaning stock information mailer, this flagrant abuse of the legal process, and the potential damage inflicted on hard-working investors who understand the risks involved in the stock market, however do not wish to see a frivolous lawsuit filling to influence share price of such companies they invest in.
Investors will be looking into CCP. CODE § 128.7 as well Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to examine the facts of Mr. Sharp’s Filing.
