He definitely didn't play this right, he could have had a share offering above $5 if he played this right. He needs to finesse the market a bit. Throw a NASDAQ uplisting approval out there, wait a week, then uplist. Save the Q4/Full year earnings results and wait a week to announce them. Then After announcement, announce a share offering.
