Its the california business code for filling a Frivolous lawsuit causing damage, can be filed by anyone including share holders.

Reviewed his submission and it fits the criteria. Been working on putting it into a submission myself and can file it against him in LA superior court. asking for $25,000 in damages per plaintiff or just asking him to drop his case.

There is legal precedent to do so, just no one really takes the time ever.
