I am of the opinion that Ken Manzo submitted the data, it was reviewed, and it was approved, via email to the link noted above then received a telephone follow-up of the Approval.



Seriously? The very future of he and his company depends upon this commitment from the FDA and you're suggesting that he didn't insist on getting it in writing, on FDA letterhead? No matter how inexperienced he is as a businessman, he must surely know to get things in writing. He'll never get financing without this document either. The amount of money required, if the FDA considers L.F. a drug, is simply too much for a company with such a tiny market cap.

Furthermore, your correspondence with the FDA was largely generic and hypothetical whereas Manzo's would have been very detailed and specific.

I would speculate that if he doesn't have a definitive commitment from the FDA IN WRITING, he never received such a commitment in the first place.
