The only thing right now going for US is that the guys who bought this shell are probably into this deal for close to $2.5 million. If they didn't think that they had something to move the stock with, they wouldn't keep putting into the deal.
Right now the stock looks horrendous.
Only time will tell if these guys were smart and had a plan.
