I respectfully disagree. Yes, the company is diluting but then that is being manipulated and used by MMs and teams to get in cheap and sell for a single tick. If it was purely dilution, they'd have just wiped out all of the 2s by now.

No one who wants to sell 75m of shares puts 75m on the ask and just expects them to be bought, whether it is dilution or otherwise. People put 75m on the ask with the expectation that no one will buy and create panic to get 2s.
