Yes wook, Looking at the L3, I haven't seen such low open orders since watching this stock. Usually I can only see 2-3 cents on each side ( bid & ask ) for orders on 1 screen but today, the I can see 6-9 cents on each side. Any big blocks of buys or sells at market will make this move drastically but not expecting that since volume is to a minimal today. Not complaining though lol its another green day. Also, notice all the Major indexs popped into the green due to FED Decision and PPHM didn't even move.
