To IJJP Shareholders,

AGRA MEDICAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC. is a newly formed company incorporated in the state of Nevada that operates as a consulting and management firm for the Medical Marijuana Industry. The core focus of the company is to develop relationships with enterprises located within those states that have approved Medical Marijuana sales to patients, patient care givers and co-operatives. In addition the company will seek ventures within the Hemp Cultivation Industry, which is another emerging growth industry set to explode with the USA.

AGRA MEDICAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC. (AGRA) has spent the last several months acting as an exploratory company seeking and developing new and old relationships with Sovereign Native American Communities, located in the south western region of the USA. Our efforts have lead us to this point in time whereas the company’s principles and its CEO have deemed it prudent to formally organize the company as C corporation in the State of Nevada, and to enter into a partnership agreement with IJJ Corp ( IJJP) .

AGRA welcomes IJJP as a strategic partner, and feels strongly about the success both entities will enjoy in building a solid working relationship that will result in meeting or exceeding AGRA’s goals and objectives. AGRA possesses the industry connections necessary to facilitate the implementation of its strategic plans, which will be available for review on our soon to be launched corporate website.

Sincerely,

Richard Kugelmann

CEO/PRESIDENT

AGRA MEDICAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC.

AGRA MEDICAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC. presently seeks to aggressively pursue opportunities in the way of joint ventures with Sovereign Native American Communities. In a memo released December 11, 2014, the United States Department of Justice outlined new policies allowing Sovereign Native American Communities to grow and sell marijuana on reservation lands. The criteria to allow the sales of medical marijuana on reservation lands without interference from the Federal Government of the United States are as follows:

• No distribution of marijuana to minors

• No revenue from the sale of marijuana going to criminal enterprises, gangs and cartels

• No diversion of marijuana from states where it is legal to states where it remains illegal

• No state-authorized marijuana activity being used as a cover for trafficking other illegal drugs or activities

• No violence or the use of firearms as part of cultivation and distribution of marijuana

• No drugged driving or the exacerbation of other negative health consequences associated with marijuana use

• No growing marijuana on public lands

• No marijuana possession or use on federal property

As long as the above mentioned trigger points are avoided, Sovereign Nations will be able to build and operate medical marijuana cultivation farms as well as dispensary centers for the sale of finished product to the public without obtaining state or local licenses. This scenario creates a perfect opportunity for the Sovereign Nations to enter this emerging growth industry, and for AGRA MEDICAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC, to utilize its existing relationships within this community to secure and realize varying partnership opportunities.
