interesting note--we were told that the XLPI Global shares were going to be restricted. When I called Schwab, and asked "can I hold those restricted shares in my IRA?" they told me "they don't show as restricted--no problem"

Either XLPI has not communicated everything to and through the transfer agent yet, or they knew the merger of Global and this shell was coming and there is in fact going to be a public market for the Global shares sooner rather than later...
