This is all strategy.Leo , I'm sure,knows all the "who what where when how and why's"

Right now he's positioning everything to play out his way.

I even think he has "cemented" everything he wants before a BOD is created
because after the BOD is created he will have to deal with others having oversight of his dealings.

Does this include the inking of a Pharma deal??? Who knows.

Is this posturing putting pressure on the Pharma(s) with the MTA's to speak now or forever hold their peace? Again,who knows.
