I still hope that it's someone who plans to buyout the CD. I've stated multiple times that if someone had the means, they could buy many hundreds of millions of not a few billion shares for how much? So let's say someone was going to buyout the company, if they can buy as many of the outstanding shares on the open market from the week hands, it saves them from having to pay at a much higher price in the future. This is probably wishful thinking, but if you really take a step back and think about it...who knows.
