What is your take on how long after the hearing the nasdaq
makes these decisions ?
Do you have a URL to back up the time ?

If you can show how much of a time delay,
I'll gladly change the delisting window.

EDIT:
I am just reading WAVX's 8K.
Why didn't they put the delay you are talking about
in the 8K ?
Important things should be in the 8K
