4.5 billion convertibles @ .0009 on Dec 31 2014 how many did that morph into when the PPS is @ .0001?

WDHR raise the Authorized for good reason! As of Dec 31 when WDHR closed @ .0009 they had 4.5 billion convertibles 1.5 billion more then the actual Authorized @ the time of 3 billion!

As the PPS drops the number of share required to cover the convertibles doubles, triples, quadruples! So now WDHR has 30 billion authorized and the PPS is 1/9 of what it closed at as the calculations were made of how many authorized common shares were required to cover the convertibles!

Not only could most or all of the authorized shares be required for the coming convertibles but without a reverse split WDHR may actually need another raise in the authorized!

First WDHR needs a Reverse Split so they won't be soon delisted from the QB but they also need a reverse split so retail will buy again!

WDHR has been all about paying salaries and selling common shares!

Ongoing conversions are being satisfied @ 60% or more discount to the PPS so conversions @ this level are been settled @ .00004 or lower and sold to retail @ .0001

Surer then the sun will rise in the morning there is a coming Reverse Split in WDHR stock!

But don't worry there are billions and billion and billions of share still to be converted @ this level, much less @ higher levels but a 1 for 1000 Reverse Split that resets WDHR's PPS @ .10 soon becomes .01, ,009, 008, .007, .006 and on back down to the trips again very very quickly!

1 possibly 2 reverse splits will be required here!

Be very, very careful even buying @ .0001 you can quickly become a bagholder here! IMO

4.5 billion convertibles as of Dec 31 2014 and WDHR has had 2.5 months to add to that!
