When outgoing U.S. president Bill Clinton pardoned John Deutch in January 2001,
he stopped the Iraqgate scandal from exposing how the-then Raytheon and
Citigroup director and former CIA director and his own wife, Hillary Clinton,
had conspired to conceal the sale of U.S. bunker-busting cluster bomb
technology to Saddam’s intelligence services and Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda
network.

Clinton must have known, or he ought to have known that the CIA – through its
alleged affiliate, the CAI Private Equity Group – had converted New York’s
World Trade Center building #7 into a virtual war room to simulate and test
‘red-team’ maneuvers needed for a surprise cluster bomb attack on U.S.
financial and military control centers during an upcoming NORAD war game.

Given the global reach of the CIA’s paramilitary war-room and assassination
network, 9/11 Commissioners may have been terrified into reporting that no-one
had analyzed “how an aircraft, hijacked or explosives-laden might be used as a
weapon from [red team] perspective [to spotlight] critical constraint for
terrorists—finding a suicide operative able to fly large jet aircraft [or how
no-one] developed telltale indicators; terrorists training to fly large jet
aircraft, or seeking to buy advanced flight simulators.”

By 9/11, the CIA’s private-equity affiliates in Canada and America, had
assembled a global network of war rooms, remote-controlled cluster bombs and
trained operatives to do everything the 9/11 Commissioners said hadn’t been
done to avoid 9/11.

A number of Boeing passenger jets (Flights 11, 175, 77 and 93) and building
elevator shafts and utility ducts had been rigged with remotely-controlled
cluster bombs.

Al-Qaeda expert terrorist and muscle suicide operatives had been recruited and
trained enough to convince us the muscle could kill and the experts could fly
large jet aircraft.

CANR, the Canadian arm of NORAD had written a diversionary war-game scenario
where the U.S. Air Force would stand down while explosives-laden plane were
guided into their targets.

The CIA’s airborne cluster bombs would be programmed to explode on impact and
the resulting fires and panic used to conceal the remote detonation of
ground-based cluster bombs, including a mix of incendiaries (thermite) and
conventional explosives positioned inside the target buildings to knock out
enemy (?) communications systems.

The CIA’s Iridium satellite war-room commanders would direct pre-positioned war
game clean-up crews to remove and destroy evidence of assassination, arson,
sabotage and insurance fraud.

When Flight 77 first impacted the Pentagon it was a Boeing 757.

When the pulse bomb inside was detonated in Flight 77's passenger cabin, human
bodies, seats, aluminum airframe and baggage became a high-temperature focused
plasma bunker-busting weapon punching a hole right through the Pentagon curtain
walls, killing the employees working in the U.S. Naval Command Center and
exiting through a round hole into the Pentagon courtyard.

About 3 to four seconds after impact, the pulser bomb positioned by the CIA's
general contractor, AMEC, was detonated setting off a strong electromagnetis
pulse causing camera lights and power to flicker and knocking out the
Pentagon's wire and wireless communications systems.

We hope that the concept of a CIA pulsed cluster bomb gives a working hypothesis
to explain the apparent disappearance of evidenec for a large passenger jet
hitting the Pentagon.
