I know it's not much consolation, but when it comes down to patents, they get VERY expensive, not so much in the filing, but in the description. Those patent attorneys make mega bucks, especially on the more valuable products, which is what ARSC has.

They are spending good money for good protection, and lately, more than anything, this is what new shares are paying for.

I hesitate to comment on the Nov releases, other than Murphy's law works everywhere, and everything always takes longer than anticipated.

Ever see a stock open in the morning .20-.50 higher than it closed the day before? That's how it'll be one day, with ARSC.

We don't get 'warnings' in this biz, but I can assure you guys, if I ever have notice a day or two in advance of the BIG news type, I will PM all the longs who I can tell are still hanging togh and tight.

This is not to say the coming news won't move the pps, but BIG news won't be until after UL & FCC.
