BETS claims they are (Or already have nearly 2 months ago) filing an S1 and is in process of being approved. On average an S1 can take 90-120 days but up to 6 months if the SEC is swamped with work. Some S1s can be approved in as little as 30 days or less however that is probably not the case with Seaniemac BETS
