Is it possible the SEC put a gag order on KSWJ until their findings are released? If they were being investigated for throwing out bogus PR's, something tells me they wouldn't be in a real hurry to throw something out there until some kind of dispostion on behalf of the SEC was finalized. Just a guess... Unfortunately, most of what is or isn't going on with this company is just a guess...with good reason??? uh..another guess...
