Well I think that its a fair statement that whoever bought the million shares is not trying to sell them right away...as I dont see any million shares blocks on the ask...or any big blocks for that matter.

And can you prove its dilution? We all know that they have shares that are at their disposal to use, but are they using them? Share count shows its still at 279.5 million

So unless you have some inside information you would like to share, its not dilution.

I'll wait for your post to prove its dilution. Please show the document that states WEST gave Southridge X amount of shares for X amount of dollars.
