They arent an Institutional Investor lol. Youre making it sound like its Bank of America or something. Its a group that got a huge gift at 3 and 5 cents...and its gonna be the gift that keeps on giving...and not in a good way. This is dilution that starts NOW. Add in the confirmation of the Reverse Split in a matter of a few days and you are going to witness a stampede to get out this week.
