If you try to understand laws using apple pies, then you've already "baked in" the absurdity.

Here's the point, the company has a maxed out OS at 300M shares. A RS frees up that lock because every number except for the AS is reduced proportionally. The convertible note is also reduced proportionally. Where's the problem?
