Even after finding out that he was holding his "pounding the table" tour while the FDA discussions were ongoing? I find it hard for anyone to defend Berger or not be a "Harv hater".

Now we find there's a 483 for failure to follow protocol on follow up procedures???

He needs to go. And the faster the better.
