TLPY Sell-off was brought about by this lawsuit filing which was actually a complaint for SPAM email violations. Again, spam email violations- a weak case. Weak because every stocktips follower subscribes to receive an email. It is NOT unsolicited. Naturally it has caused the public to panic after hearing such big word as lawsuit! Any short-term investor would obviously minimize his loss and sell hence this thing keeps bleeding red. They may drag it down to zero for all I care, but once this p&d settles, common sense suggests that this should rebound steadily to it's standard price prior to Statler. (.12-.19 range). It may be the end of Statler but not TLPY! Not a company with a sound business direction. AIMHO.
