I would wait to see their actual net income. I don't think they are earning 4 million a quarter. That 4m had to have been either Meckler forgiving debt or the sale of assets. Wait for the report at end of this month. I would be happy if they are profitable right now, which i'm not sure if they are yet. The company is growing quite fast, but I don't think they are earning 4m a quarter from the shows right now.... With that said, this seems like a good buy regardless as the show continue to expand as we are well off of highs even after Meckler forgave a huge amount of debt.
