Sandan, BD thinks this is a scam because Actsoft is being merged into a shell and not directly into HISC as we were led to believe.And we will only directly own 1 share for each 50 shares of HISC. Also we were led to believe that HISC would no longer be on the pinksheets and this also is not true(unless we are told otherwise).So even though I am long HISC,I am definitely not happy that Actsoft was not merged directly into HISC and that the ensemble was not moved off the pinks.
