finally!!! ELRA O/S are maxed....finally elra management maxed out the O/S to 5 billion!!!!! thank you....now we can turn this ship around...the A/S is 5 billion...the O/S is 5 billion....now Elra management has to PR a sharebuyback and another PR claiming no reverse split....finally someone in Elra management woke up.
