well - 8k seems to me to say otherwise, at least in one case - this entire year's allotment of CCs from Gold Standard goes to commercial creditors for operating capital.

In order to start production it was necessary for the Company to begin accumulating and processing raw materials at its Castleberry site. This required the Company to obtain a line of credit to initiate the process that would lead to the sale of its entire annual ‘Gold Standard’ Carbon Credit allotment.

Plus, wouldn't it be % of profits vs. % of sales going to parent company, GLEC? I'd certainly love to be wrong about this.

And I'm not complaining, as I know this is what they needed to do to get er done but just managing my own expectations here. Another concern I have is giving too sweet of deals to certain private investors. Frankly, I'm suspicious of the lack of transparency during such a critical time in the history of this company.

But yeah hopefully they won't find ways to cut stockholders out - that has always been my #1 concern with this company. I doubt they've been telling inquirers with cash to invest to buy the stock. Seems evident there.
