Plus, wouldn't it be % of profits vs. % of sales going to parent company, GLEC? I'd certainly love to be wrong about this.
And I'm not complaining, as I know this is what they needed to do to get er done but just managing my own expectations here. Another concern I have is giving too sweet of deals to certain private investors. Frankly, I'm suspicious of the lack of transparency during such a critical time in the history of this company.
But yeah hopefully they won't find ways to cut stockholders out - that has always been my #1 concern with this company. I doubt they've been telling inquirers with cash to invest to buy the stock. Seems evident there.
