The mm's are just selling to each other....
Anyone holding ECIG shares would be a fool to sell at this point
I was very skeptical about an "accelerated 10K"...
(I kept asking about this rarity)
These filings are extremel yrare and are usually at the request of the SEC.......
Understand where the rumor of an accelerated 10K came from and consider the source.....
