Ticker name is already perfect for an MJ reverse merger. Not sure it will happen, but if I was in control of this shell I would make it happen! Grower of organic medical marijuana would be a perfect new business plan for ORGC, and yes the share structure is beautiful. Also add to all this the fact that more shares than the entire float traded last spring on a huge run, generally that is the result of a big change in a shell and something is coming. Two things will happen here, 1- ORGC files some disclosures and we see a reverse merger or a new business model, or 2- this shell dies and is de-listed. With a great share structure and ticker name like this it would be a shame to see ORGC fade into oblivion...
