You probably know a lot more about the way companies like Beaufort and Iconic do business than I do. I'm not sure what their angle is, or if they write contracts to protect against a reverse split. Maybe you could offer some enlightenment?

Do I think they're crazy enough to do two reverse splits in a year? Heck yeah. Why not? How could they make any money if they don't? Of course, my assumption is that most of the people involved make most of their OCFN money from pump and dump campaigns. If that's the case, they're going to be hurting with all these shares out there being sold into the news whenever they try to do a pump and dump.

I suppose they could just keep issuing more and more shares, billions maybe, but share price will stay super low if they do that. Eventually they will have to do another reverse split. That would reel in most all the shares that are out there. Price would go up briefly as thousands of shares would he rolled into one. But then it would drop precipitously again, and they could issue a whole bunch more shares and own most all the shares again so when they have their paid promotions they and insiders working with them they've been giving shares can once again take advantage of whatever volume they drum up without so much competition from others with truckloads of shares to unload.

These are all just my opinions and wild guesses, by the way. I have no idea what they're going to do, but my bet is that we see another massive reverse split in the not so distant future. Even vargass says that's what's going to happen. Don't you remember how he told us he was an insider?
