Hello...new here and looking to take a position. I see that the leading share holder is Fraser Purdon. It looks like he is not actually part of the company. On the companies website I found this statement...Brownie’s Marine Group did not have a booth there, but we were represented by our good friend and affiliate Fraser Purdon.

Can someone explain the relationship and why he is the leading share holder? Also who is the president/CEO of Brownie's?
