Asked TD as to why I can not longer purchase shares of PMEA, getting the message, "Opening transactions for this security are not accepted."

Response from TD in chat.... "Hello, there may be other firms allowing to trade this security, howeer we do not allow the further opening of this security since the settlement of tradese is a process that involves many parties and many problems can arise through these settlement procedures."

They did respond that SELLING the stock would NOT be affected.

Oh well, loaded and locked already. Would have been nice to grab some .0001s.
