I really want to like this stock but the one thing that I cannot get past is the authorized shares count - its out of control. 200 million! - are you kidding me... There are currently around 17.5 million outstanding in comparison. That means they could absolutely nuke your investment with new issues and there is nothing you could do about it. Any arguments against this?
