You are 100% correct and I have a source on the ground that will take pictures as they build the cultivation Complex. DP has said as time goes on more and more people will learn sunshine is better. I would not be surprised if he build the first retractable roofed green house and still maintain the security of the building. I would not be concerned with the distractions. Clark County already has given a variance that buildings do NOT have to stand alone. I fully expect more variances to come as acceptance of Medical Marijuana becomes legal by Federal Statute.
