I know that and I am Long ECIG but when I read the SEC definition on what qualifies an accelerated filer it states: "Issuers that have a Public Float of $75 million in the 2nd Fiscal Quarter of the year, shall file as an accelerated filer." I do not know if ECIG had a $75 million Public Float in the 2nd quarter.
