LOL !! Quote, "Here GO let the buying commence! 10K was GREAT! Over 2 million in revenues for 2014!! Business plan looks VERY lucrative!"

What? I'd re-read that ole 10-K carefully IMO. Dilution and shares being poured out like water still and taking on toxic, convertible debt deals left n right. Larger loss from operations, debt increased just since the last 10-Q.

They're as worse off as I've ever seen um IMO. More toxic notes borrowing, Magna being tapped and issued 10's of millions of shares and yet ended nearly as cash broke as ever and going concern plastered all throughout the document???

Where do I get the "rose colored" glasses version? I must of missed it?
