I have checked Nugent's background extensively (well beyond Google) and I am seeing a pattern of his playing out now as it did in the past. I really do not want to believe the past will be repeated, but will go on record stating He as CEO must update the public with a truthful summation of progress. It was stated that the "OLD" era filing do not matter because a NEW era is underway, well if that is really the case, let's see evidence of that through formal 8K's and the like. Finally, IS Dr. Leonard really on-board? I am not so sure, again having witnessed no visible evidence that must be delivered via an 8K. So people Hope is eternal, but please note non of us are!
