While we wait in agony on Torvec to do something, I was thinking; what would I do to turn around this company. Please indulge my fantasy as I become king for a day.
The iso torque seems to have a proven design, but lacks durability. This seems to be materials of construction or proper heat treatment or a combination of both. I have worked many years in the automotive mfg world. I’ve been involved with several development projects where the proper heat treatment was the key to success. My plan is to issue a couple of million shares. Find some of the best retired heat treat engineers and material science specialists and bring them on board. Payment would 250K shares per year up to 1 million shares. If we choose wisely and use retirees from any of the major auto companies we would also have some great networking opportunities.
Again I would look at retired engineers to help with the pump as well.
There is a wealth of retired talent out there looking for a challenge; the opportunity to be on the ground floor of an American upstart company that has great potential. Many retirees would find this very appealing. How great a feeling to tell your grandkids .. see that factory… I had a hand in its creation.
Go ahead and let the WAM develop as it will, but use the retired guys to continue development and tweaking on the Torvec core product. If I were king for a day! Of course this diatribe is just my humble opinion.
