Do you or anyone else have any updates on this case? Could this be one of the reasons for pure silence from the company? was this dropped...settled?

Please note the large number of litigants in this lawsuit for multimillions of dollars. This is not a FRIVOULOUS lawsuit. If the case is not dismissed, the company has to either (a) make settlements with each individual named as a litigant or (b) be sued individually by each litigant. This is why the company stock has plummeted from five dollars a share to a third of a penny. No large investment group doing their due diligence would ignore this information. BTW, there are other companies developing other nonenzymatic methods of stem cell extraction all over the world, and you would not be surprised to see how some of this technology is used under their own proprietary protocols.
