They don't typically PR until they have something tangible to share. The cannabidiol PRs were about as speculative as they get in PRs, but they were stating that they had filed patents, which again goes to show they typically only share action.

The two major reasons for the price decline in the last 12 months have been A) the bursting of the "marijuana stock" hype bubble, and B) financing notes that were cashed in and had a dilutive effect on our share price.

Our price has been relatively stable since the heaviest part of that dilution ended, and we still remain as one of the only revenue-producing companies with operations in the hemp/CBD space. Our core business is on pace to grow more than 50% this year (Q4 ends at the end of March), regardless of what our RealHemp & HighCBD ventures produce. By all means, the value of this company has increased, but the price has not reflected it yet.
