May 11, 2006 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Nord Oil International Inc (NDOL), an oil & gas junior company, reported on 10 May that its boards of directors and majority shareholders have approved and signed a merger agreement with The North-West Oil Group.
Members of this board have done the math a thousand times and keep coming to the same conclusion: the company is grossly undervalued - especially in light of the merger. If you're truly long in this company, who cares whether the 8K is today, tomorrow or next month? I can't say it enough - this is a gift to be able to purchase shares so at such a discount at this point. Anyway, all is JMO - GLTA (especially those with the wisdom not to sell anytime soon)!!
