Green also if you look back into my post history, you will see that the question of a divy has never been clear, and it is my belief that if some percentage of a divy was issued the affect would send the shorts packing, push out the flippers and encourage investors to hold threw the restructure of FXCM. until we see a PR directly addressing this issue, it's all speculation.
