Did you happen to do any due diligence on hangover house's auditor?

I did. Do you know their auditor did not evaluate their assets and is relying on a 4 year old evaluation that came by its own description and directions how that number was come up with has already proven to be about 90% off? Oooops. ====> (Tom's library report, and again proven by tajitg's own due diligence, which was spot-on dd on library valuation?

Funny thing is, Terry Johnson's firm was not even registered with the PCAOB to do audit attest services until February and he signed the audit letter for hhse in January. Oooopps.

With just a slight modicum of hhse dd, one can easily find out this information, readily available. Check this out:

I think I now know who 1 of the 4 is in the hhse civil complaint. All 4 are the largest and loudest hhse sh's, Parki boy going to have big problem if he throws his own sh's under the bus, IMO.
