'2,600,000 shares for 1.55 million in debt settlement is how I understand it. That would be .59 per share.'

If 2.6M shares are valued at .59 by a group of investors does that imply that this was the only way they could get millions of shares now and that it is known to them that this will open over .59 at relist? Else why would anybody pay .59 now?
