From what I understand of the subsoil law, it really doesn't mean anything for us at this point.

I read it as saying "if you want to partner with or participate in North American financial markets, you must do so with a Joint Venture"

To me, that is why the company is called Aurus and why it took over a golf company's shell, instead of being called Zabaikalgeoprom and going directly to market.

So in other words, it seems to me that it doesn't say anything important to us.

I'm still expecting a HUGE Joint Venture with a company that has more production means than us though. But then again, I think we actually do have up-to-date production facilities with Kylon.
